Investigating a business process model. This is going to involve visual representations of an organization's processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or areas for improvement. I mean, you can do this with any process. In technology process, it could be just, okay, a cash management process, something, you know, with auditing, just creating a visual flow chart diagram so you can view it and see are there any redundancies, issues with the process. Common models used for this purpose include flow charts, data flow diagrams, and a business process model and notation diagram. I'll talk about those. We want to understand business process models, so a flow chart, as you can kind of imagine, right, you see that in auditing as well, do a flow chart of the business, cash goes to department, you know, you have different shapes depending on maybe a triangle represents a document, a square represents a department, circle represents a check, something like that. It shows the steps of the process and sequence, often with simple shapes like rectangles, which could be steps, and diamonds, which could be decision points. A data flow diagram, this focuses on the flow of data within a system. It's going to illustrate how data moves from input to processing, and finally to output, showing the sources, destinations, and storage of data. And then BPMN, this is a more sophisticated diagram that provides a standard notation for documenting processes in a detailed way. It includes various elements like tasks, events, gateways, and the flow of messages and data. All right, we're almost there. We don't have too much more. Keep it going. You all got this.
