Pass Guarantee Policy
- Achieve an eligible ReadyRating prior to your exam date.
- Sit for an exam within four (4) months of beginning to study for it. Any longer reduces odds of passing.
- Submit pass guarantee refund requests within ninety (90) days after the date of a failed section.
- Failure due to no-show or being turned away does not qualify.
- Send your Prometric confirmation number and a copy of your Candidate Performance Report or equivalent for your jurisdiction with proof of failure to support@examprep.ai.

Upon Confirming Eligibility, you will:
- Receive a refund to your original payment method, or Visa pre-paid card within 60 days.
